JTIT is on the hunt for a driven, curious, and energetic individual to join our IT Traineeship Program. You'll be based full-time on-site at a vibrant, fast-paced firm in beautiful Mermaid Beach, where no two days are the same.

This isn’t your average office job. You’ll be embedded with one of our key clients, receiving on-the-ground training and real-world experience, while being supported by our expert team behind the scenes.

💡 About the Role

As an IT Trainee, you’ll be the first line of support for a dynamic team of professionals. You’ll learn how to:

Support computers, networks, and printers.

Troubleshoot common IT issues.

Maintain systems and support hardware setups.

Log and resolve helpdesk tickets.

Assist in onboarding/offboarding staff and maintaining asset registers.

You’ll gain exposure to enterprise tools and environments—valuable experience that will fast-track your future in IT.
