PharmaSave Cleveland Pharmacy is on the hunt for a Retail Manager and Second-in-Charge (2IC) to join our busy and supportive team. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading front-of-store operations and team performance in a fast-paced, community-focused pharmacy.

💼 About the Role

Retail Manager – $36/hour + super
2IC – $33/hour + super

In these leadership positions, you’ll work closely with the Pharmacist-in-Charge and the Head Office Management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support staff development, and drive business growth through exceptional customer service and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a large front-of-store team

Manage daily retail operations and maintain high merchandising standards

Support rostering, stock control, and ordering processes

Deliver outstanding customer service and promote a positive team culture

Support promotions and sales campaigns

Step into management responsibilities when required as 2IC

🔍 What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in retail pharmacy or similar leadership roles

Strong people management and team coaching skills

Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage stock, merchandising, and retail KPIs

Pharmacy systems knowledge (Z software preferred)

A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
