About the role

Perio Care is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist or Treatment Coordinator with a positive outlook to join our professional team in a full-time capacity. This position is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to utilise their experience and skills in our fast paced and professional practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients, and managing the front-desk operations

Scheduling appointments, answering phones, managing patient records, and handling financial transactions

Coordinate and support the daily requirements of the specialists

Ensuring a positive patient experience through clear communication and attention to detail

Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming practice environment

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of office procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator, with a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures

Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with patients and the dental team

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in using dental practice management software and other relevant computer applications

A team-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in the dental industry
