About the role

Lead a small team and oversee a portfolio of high-value property clients. Drive advisory outcomes and manage key client relationships. Report directly to the Partner and work closely with senior stakeholders across the firm.

• Manage a $820K–$900K property-focused client portfolio
• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 Accountants
• Deliver strategic advice on tax, CGT, and business structuring
• Meet clients regularly to advise on succession and exit planning
• Oversee team workflow, performance and training

Skills & experience

• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong client advisory background
• Proven leadership within public practice
• Skilled in tax, CGT, and business services
• Experience with property clients highly regarded
