About the role:

• Develop strategies to help clients solve real workforce challenges
• Build lasting client relationships and expand job volumes across white & blue collar, sales, and project teams
• Network with industry leaders at events and site visits to grow your footprint
• Work closely with our experienced recruitment team to deliver the right talent every time
• Drive growth across Sydney and national clients with an established platform already in place

About you:

• Experience in Business Development or Recruitment (agency or internal)
• Passionate about building strong client partnerships and delivering quality outcomes
• Comfortable having real conversations and consulting with clients at all levels
• Motivated to grow new business while adding value to existing accounts
• Confident in construction, mining, or industrial environments (high-vis and site visits won’t scare you)
• Hungry to learn “the Aston way” and build a long-term career with us
