Day to day responsibilities of the successful Senior Strata Manager will include:

• Managing a portfolio of between 10-12 schemes
• Prompt follow up & resolution of inquiries
• Providing superior service and informed advice to your clients
• Acting in a true relationship management capacity to ensure A grade service at all times and retention of clients
• Chairing OC meetings with high caliber clientele

The successful Senior Strata Manager will have the following professional and personal attributes:

• Prior experience as a Strata Manager
• Class 2 license in Strata Management (min)
• Highly skilled at in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Enjoy building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients
• A collaborative and positive attitude
