This highly impressive CA Firm is currently looking to bring on a down to earth and dedicated Manager/Senior Manager into their business to compliment an already successful team.

This role has come up due to organic growth with a number of new clients coming onto the firms books.

The Partners all come from a Top 10 mid-tier background, and are an exceptional group of individuals to work with; they are very personable, down to earth, and would provide a great platform for someone looking to step up and continue to grow the business with them.

In this role as a Business Services Manager/Senior Manager you will be expected to:

Be responsible for and manage your own portfolio of clients

Work closely with clients providing written and verbal advice

Work closely with the executive team on strategy, process improvements, and culture

Manage, review, and mentor junior team members

To be successful for this role you will:

Have a minimum of 5 years local experience and currently in a similar Business Services Manager/Senior Manager role

CA or CPA Qualified

Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

Be committed to working in a collaborative and high performing team environment
