As they continue to strengthen their presence across NSW, they are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead and grow key client relationships across their service portfolio.
The Opportunity:
This is a strategic and relationship-driven role focused on managing and expanding existing service contracts across a high-value client portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings, and delivering on service excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially astute leader who understands the value of long-term customer engagement and has technical knowledge within the Fire Services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute account management strategies and growth strategies for key accounts with a strong focus on retention, upselling and contract renewals
- Act as a strategic partner to major clients across sectors such as Health & Aged Care, Retail Centres, Industrial Sites, and Premium CBD Assets
- Provide technical advice and tailored solutions aligned to each client’s fire safety needs
- Build internal alignment across service, operations and compliance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Monitor contract performance, conduct client reviews, and proactively address risks or issues
- Lead involvement in service contract renewals and extensions
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or Client Services, ideally in Fire Services, Building Services, or HVAC
- Strong understanding of Fire Service contracts, maintenance agreements and compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex accounts and deliver long-term value
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially focused with strong negotiation and contract management experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to support a high-performing team
