We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionists to join our friendly and supportive team at our family medical practice in Ivanhoe.

The successful applicants will be required to work between:

Monday to Friday 1:00pm to 6:00pm and alternate

Saturdays 8:30am to 12:00pm

with flexibility to provide additional coverage during periods of annual leave and personal sick leave.

Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully supported in your role. Please note, our clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Must have previous Medical Reception experience. Our clinic is currently using Best Practice software.
