A fast growing, modern clinic is seeking a friendly and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team!

Officer Family Medical Clinic takes pride in providing the best medical care to patients while fostering a friendly and professional environment where patients can be confident that they are receiving the best service.

We have a position available for an experienced medical receptionist 2.5 days a week on a casual basis.

The successful candidate will need to have:

Previous medical reception experience

Excellent customer services skills

Strong communication skills, professional and polite telephone manner

Ability to work independently but also to work as a team

Familiar with Pracsoft and Medical Director software plus general computer skills

An understanding of Medicare billing and claiming

Pay is dependent on age and experience
