We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team. (Greek speaking would be advantageous, but not essential).

We are open between 8am - 7pm weekdays (except to 9pm on Monday) and 9-1pm on Saturdays. We are highly committed to providing outstanding care for our patients. We provide a great team environment.

This role is a casual position with approx 15-20 hours per week, with shift schedules in the afternoon/evening. This may also include a Saturday morning shift (9am-1pm).

Key duties will include:

Greeting and billing patients

Managing patient phone and email enquiries

Stocking and maintaining reception and consultation rooms

Opening and closing the clinic

General administration duties

Light Cleaning

To be considered for this role it would be ideal:

To have experience as a Medical Receptionist (using Best Practice Software).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Neat and professional presentation.

Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.

Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.

Computer Skills Essential
