We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and experienced Casual Medical Receptionist to join our specialist doctor’s clinic. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a medical or allied health reception setting who is looking for flexible, family-friendly hours.

About the Role:

Casual position with variable hours (5–20 hours per week)

Tasks include greeting patients, managing appointments, handling phone enquiries, billing, and general administrative duties

Supporting a small, professional, and caring team in a specialist medical environment

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a receptionist in a medical or allied health setting is essential

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong computer literacy and familiarity with medical software (e.g. Helix, Genie, Best Practice, or similar) is preferred but not necessary.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail

A warm, compassionate manner with patients
