About the Role:

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients—managing relationships, identifying opportunities to add value, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly, exceed expectations, and contribute to ongoing business growth.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Understand customer needs and objectives to proactively offer tailored solutions

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service

Resolve client queries promptly and professionally

Monitor client satisfaction and recommend process improvements

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling where appropriate

Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar client-facing role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
