Sharp & Carter has partnered with an instantly recognisable name in the Australian market to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their internal talent team. In this high-volume, fast-paced role, you'll lead recruitment for a variety of corporate functions with a focus on IT and data roles, while helping drive proactive talent strategies.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working in large, matrix environments and thrives on building strong relationships and talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver effective, high-quality recruitment solutions
• Identify hard-to-fill or ‘at-risk’ roles early and work proactively to manage timelines and expectations
• Support the delivery of a consistent, positive experience for candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain internal and external talent pipelines aligned to future workforce needs
• Represent the business confidently in external talent markets, including agency engagement
• Use recruitment systems and tools to manage data and process effectively
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment delivery

About You

• Strong background recruiting across IT, data/analytics, finance or commercial teams
• 5+ years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house, RPO or agency)
• Comfortable managing high volumes in a large, structured environment
• Skilled at influencing and advising a broad range of stakeholders
• Proactive and organised, with the ability to balance competing priorities
• Familiarity with ATS platforms - experience with Avature highly desirable
