Right now, we’re growing too, and we’re looking for a Talent Partner to join us, working between 10 - 20 hours a week.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to understand their business, culture and hiring needs.
• Source, screen and interview top sales talent.
• Proactively reach out - cold calls, emails, InMails - to keep talent pipelines flowing.
• Manage relationships with candidates from first chat through to placement.
• Use AI tools and market insights to make smarter hiring decisions.
• Create engaging content for social media to connect with both candidates and hiring managers.

About You

• An experienced recruiter (agency or in-house), ideally with exposure to manufacturing, building materials or hire & rental industries - or related fields.
• Confident navigating hiring platforms like LinkedIn, SEEK and other sourcing tools.
• A people person who loves building genuine connections and trusted relationships.
• Commercially switched-on and comfortable giving honest, straight-up advice.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple vacancies at once.
• Open to working as a contractor and able to operate under an ABN.
