Talent Acquisition Consultant
Global Bank | Structured, Collaborative Environment | 3–6 Month Temporary Role (Ongoing)
We’re currently partnering with a leading global bank known for its strong culture, high standards, and people-first approach. With a busy period of growth underway, the internal Talent Acquisition team is seeking a confident and capable Talent Acquisition Consultant to support recruitment delivery across the business.

This is a temporary role initially for 3–6 months, with the potential to extend. You’ll join a well-established, fast-paced TA function where no two days are the same, and where the team values structure, collaboration, and an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business units. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on ensuring efficient, compliant, and professional outcomes for both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing job requisitions and collaborating with hiring managers to clarify requirements
• Conducting sourcing, screening, and initial candidate assessments
• Managing interview scheduling, stakeholder communication, and feedback loops
• Preparing offers and coordinating pre-employment checks and onboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate records in the ATS and supporting recruitment reporting
• Contributing to process improvement and candidate experience initiatives

About You:
You’re a recruitment all-rounder who enjoys the operational side of Talent Acquisition as much as the people side. Detail-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused, you take ownership of your work and pride yourself on delivering a seamless experience from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition within a large, fast-paced organisation is essential
• Strong stakeholder management skills — you’re confident partnering with hiring managers and supporting recruitment delivery
• Excellent organisational and multitasking ability, with strong attention to compliance and process
• A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in across the team
• Experience in financial services, or another highly structured and process-driven environment, will be highly regarded
