ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Our Client based in Sydney is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer. You will work in a team of highly motivated TA professionals with the full support of your Manager. Prior Local Council will be highly preferred due to the nature of the contract.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

You will be involved in the recruitment process from start to finish. From the attraction of staff, recruitment and selection, administration and relationship management - your input to Council will significantly contribute in growing teams. You will have the full support of your reporting manager, the TA Specialist, as well as the TA Administration, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role.

DUTIES.

• End-to-end recruitment activities
• Ensure TA practices are in alignment with legislation & Council policies
• Attending interviews as a panel member
• Shortlisting, interviewing and selection of Candidates
• Proactively source candidates through different platforms

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Previous experience in Local Government (highly desirable)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and evaluation skills
• Great relationship builder

REMUNERATION.

$43 - $46 p/h + Superannuation
(Depending on experience and suitability to required experience)
