About the Role:

As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a warm, professional experience. You'll be responsible for:

Welcoming patients and managing bookings with precision

Handling phone, email and online enquiries

Processing accounts, HICAPS, and Medicare claims

Coordinating patient flow and supporting clinicians

Maintaining a polished and organised front desk environment

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a dental receptionist

Strong knowledge of dental software (D4W preferred)

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

High level of reliability, attention to detail, and initiative

Ability to manage a busy desk with professionalism and calmness

Hours are 7:30 am-6:00 pm

9 day fortnight
