Salary $125k- $145k (pending experience) + super, fuel card, Laptop & phone.

$5k start bonus*

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and develop Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) and Traffic Management Plans (TMP) in line with relevant legislation.

Review TGS plans prepared by drafters, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification to uphold the highest safety standards.

Oversee permit applications and approvals, ensuring efficient processing.

Collaborate with operational teams to communicate and implement traffic management plans.

Work closely with local councils, government agencies, and clients to secure approvals and maintain compliance.

Carry out site inspections and audits to verify adherence to approved plans.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of traffic management processes and standards.

Maintain accurate documentation of plans, permits, and risk assessments.

Attend pre-start meetings, offering expert advice on traffic management requirements

Lead and manage a team of TC’s ensuring operational efficiency.

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

✔ Proven leadership and team management skills.
✔ TMD Accreditation (essential)
✔ A Current Driver’s Licence and White Card
✔ Experience using TRAFFIO, bookings, invoicing etc.
✔ Understanding of safety management systems and risk mitigation strategies
✔ A proactive approach to promoting safe work practices
✔ Experience in hazard assessment and risk reduction strategies
✔ A customer-focused mindset with a drive for delivering high-quality service
✔ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
✔ High-level administrative skills and computer literacy
