About the role

The Program Managers lead the Program Delivery team in the day-to-day execution of work programs, through the Project Leads, to ensure the efficient and cost-effective delivery of services. They work closely with and support the Program Delivery Senior Manager to oversee contracts and manage staff to deliver the organisation’s strategic objectives. They are responsible for the provision of technical advice on the development and delivery of programs of work and assisting the Business Development Senior Manager in identifying and realising new business opportunities, through assisting with procurement development and maintaining and developing key stakeholder relationships.

About you

You have been working in natural resource management or agriculture for quite some time. You enjoy developing and leading a team and you are hyper focussed on outcomes. You have a strong understanding of southern Queensland’s landscape and community. You are keen to undertake innovative work with stakeholders to deliver projects resulting in sustainable environmental outcomes that improve the lives of our communities.
