We are currently seeking a passionate and committed Road Safety Manager -Youth and Community Programs, to support the strategic development of PCYCs road safety program suite. The Road Safety Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of existing road safety programs, such as Braking the Cycle and Wheely Wise. This position has the ability to be based anywhere in South East Queensland.

Your New Role

Reporting to the State Operations Manager - Youth & Community Programs, the Road Safety Manager will be responsible for the strategic development of PCYCs road safety suite; working to future proof program sustainability, while operationally involved to ensure high quality delivery of road safety programs. About You

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business/project management, youth work, community development/welfare, human services, outdoor recreation or related discipline.
  • Ability to travel across the state as required.
  • Some evening or weekend work required for events.
  • Hold a current unrestricted drivers licence
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
  • Hold a light rigid driver’s licence/experience driving a two axel trailer (or able to obtain)

Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
