About the role

Join MORMAC PTY LTD' as a part-time Medical Receptionist based in Mooloolaba, QLD. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our busy medical practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients, both in person and over the phone

Scheduling appointments and managing the practice's appointment calendar

Handling patient inquiries and addressing any concerns

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical information

Assisting with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and inventory management

Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in using medical practice software and standard office applications

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality

A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
