Bemac Printing, an established printing and publishing services company, is seeking an experienced Digital, Offset and Finishing Operators to join our team in Revesby, NSW. A full-time roles available in multiple areas such as Digital Printer Operator, Offset Print Operator and Finishing Operator. The detailed roles descriptions available for each roles.

Digital Print Operator

The person will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to deliver high-quality printed materials for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Operate and maintain digital printing presses to meet production deadlines and quality standards

Prepare printing plates to perform other pre-press activities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printing equipment

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing machines

Ensure efficient workflow and collaborate with the wider production team

Maintain detailed records of production activities and equipment performance

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in printing operations

Strong technical skills and understanding of printing equipment and processes

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality printed materials

Proficiency in operating and maintaining a variety of printing presses

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing production demands

Knowledge of printing industry standards and best practices

Offset Print Operator

The person will be responsible for operating and maintaining offset printing equipment to deliver high-quality printed materials for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Operate and maintain offset printing presses to meet production deadlines and quality standards

Prepare printing plates, mix inks, and perform other pre-press activities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printing equipment

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing machines

Ensure efficient workflow and collaborate with the wider production team

Maintain detailed records of production activities and equipment performance

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in offset printing operations

Strong technical skills and understanding of printing equipment and processes

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality printed materials

Proficiency in operating and maintaining a variety of printing presses

Advantage of knowledge on die cut machine finishing and operating

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing production demands

Knowledge of printing industry standards and best practices

Finishing Print Operator

The person will be responsible for operating various finishing equipment such as drilling, padding, taping and many other tasks related to finishing area.

What you'll be doing

Execute various finishing task for binding, taping, drilling, padding and as required by the job tickets.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with finishing equipment

Operate finishing equipment as per the specification on the purchase orders

Maintain detailed records of production activities and equipment performance

Co-ordinate with dispatch team to make sure jobs completes on time for dispatch
