Machine Operator - Food Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential to ensuring the effective running of production machines to meet operational targets and maintain product specifications.

Shift Options Available:

• Morning Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines to ensure output meets operational requirements
• Conduct pre-operational safety checks, safety start-ups, and GMP audits
• Perform troubleshooting and fault finding to minimize machine downtime
• Maintain machine hygiene in accordance with GMP practices

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Previous Machine Operator experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical and manual dexterity skills
• Experience following strict process procedures and controls
• Ability to provide effective solutions to production issues
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management abilities
