The Client:

A leading recycling and waste management company operating across Australia and New Zealand, with NSW and VIC sites reprocessing organics for reuse in farming, gardening, and landscaping through a patented, eco-focused process.

The Role:

We're seeking a Mobile Plant Operator experienced with Excavators (up to 15t) and Front-End Loaders to support day-to-day operations at our busy recycling facility. A strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile plant machinery (Loader/Excavator)
• Manage materials on site
• Conduct daily pre-start checks on all plant equipment
• Assist with site cleaning and upkeep
• Maintain WH&S and quality standards

Selection Criteria:

• Excavator and/or Front-End Loader experience
• Familiarity with power tools and manual handling
• White Card, Drivers License
• Own reliable transport as the depot is not accessible to public transport
• Able to pass pre employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol Testing
