About the role

This full-time role in Crows Nest, NSW metres from the Metro line, offers an opportunity to join a small dynamic organisation with a global reach. Working closely with the company director, you will be responsible for meeting B2B sponsorship targets, and nurturing B2B relationships, as well as converting leads into consultations to meet consumer targets (B2C). It's an exciting and dynamic role .

What you'll be doing

Managing and growing B2B Accounts:
· Managing a portfolio of key B2B accounts (IVF clinics, legal, surrogacy, donor) and nurturing long-term relationships around the world)

· Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads

· Proactively building relationships and negotiating contracts that meet revenue targets, maintaining a strategic approach to each negotiation.

· Prepare regular sales reports, offering insights on achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

2. Managing B2C sales

· Responding to emailed enquiries from intended parents with a friendly call

· Listening to intended parents needs and referring them to relevant team members

· Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet targets..

What we're looking for

Flexibility, high energy and a can-do attitude

Someone open to working with gay and heterosexual couples and singles

Ability to engage with all types of people and build trust

At least 3 years experience in a sales role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce a plus, but not essential)

Preparedness to work across international timezones (ie schedule calls at night)
