• Applicants with residential real estate experience will also be considered

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 base + Commissions (Based on experience)
-Higher split available for commission-only

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections with prospective purchasers and tenants
• Manage inquiries and lead generation (including cold calling and canvassing)
• Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and investors
• Prepare marketing materials including listing copy, brochures, signage, and email campaigns
• Take property photos, measure spaces, and write effective listing copy
• Manage and grow client databases and CRM records
• Collaborate with conjunction agents and internal teams
• Create and manage social media advertising and online campaigns
• Provide market insights and contribute to strategic leasing/sales goals

What We're Looking For:

• Real estate Certificate or Licence
• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organised, energetic, and proactive
• Commercial real estate experience preferred
• Applicants with residential real estate experience will also be considered
