We are now seeking a proactive and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to help promote our brand, build strong client relationships, and support long-term growth across our Sydney locations.

• Base salary $70,000–$90,000 + Super

What You’ll Be Doing

• Promote HAITON’s products and services across key channels

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Support marketing initiatives and customer outreach campaigns

• Assist with quotations, client communications and project follow-ups

• Contribute to brand awareness and business development strategy

About You

• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement (HVACR industry experience is a plus)

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Self-driven and results-focused

• Able to work independently and collaborate with team members

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
