The Role:

This is more than a social media job.

It's about bringing an artistic eye and thoughtful voice to everything we share. As Social Media and Content Creator, you'll be hands on with styling, story-telling and content planning. A love for interiors, art and design is essential. You'll work closely with our creative founder and in-house photography and videography team to produce gorgeous stories and campaigns that capture the essence of our brand.

Role Responsibilities:

Storytelling and Styling: Craft artistic narratives around existing and new collections through styled shoots, flat-lays and engaging video content.

Content Creation: Plan, create and post content across our social media platforms that reflects the beauty of the brand.

Content Calendar: Maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely posts that align with marketing goals and brand voice.

Brand Storytelling: Write thoughtful, on-brand copy and captions for different social media posts and marketing campaigns.

Creative Input: Collaborate and contribute to the creative marketing strategy, as well as assisting with photoshoots.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Audience Engagement: Engage and interact with followers and build a community around the brand.

Paid Campaign Management: Manage paid ads across social media platforms.

Essential Skills:

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.

Strong copywriting skills with a creative and brand-aware tone.

Proven experience in content creation for social media.

Ability to generate content ideas independently while also contributing to and collaborating with the broader team.

Proficiency in using ChatGPT and AI tools.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

Bonus: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva)

Bonus: Experience in interiors, design and styling
