What You’ll Be Doing
• Owning and executing the full-funnel digital growth strategy with a strong performance/paid media focus to drive qualified leads, direct bookings, memberships, and repeat revenue.
• Designing, launching, managing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Performance Max, Display), retargeting, and other high-ROI channels; continuously optimizing for ROAS, CPL, and conversion efficiency.
• Building advanced attribution and budget models to allocate spend dynamically, forecast outcomes, and demonstrate clear ROI back to the business.
• Leading web development and conversion optimization: aligning website UX, load performance, and technical infrastructure to support campaign performance and reduce leakage in the funnel.
• Owning lifecycle and CRM-driven paid-to-owned amplification (HubSpot preferred): audience segmentation, nurture/ad sequencing, reactivation flows, and integrating paid touch points into personalised journeys.
• Running A/B testing across ads, creatives, funnels, and on-site elements; using statistical rigor to iterate and scale winners.
• Collaborating with creative to brief, produce, and iterate high-converting assets tailored for paid channels (video, copy, social formats, landing pages).
• Ensuring tracking, tagging, and data pipelines (analytics, booking integrations, CRM) are robust, unified, and feed performance dashboards accurately.
• Building and maintaining real-time dashboards, reporting performance against KPIs, and surfacing insights that inform bid strategies, audience refinement, and funnel improvements.
• Managing the digital/web budget with a performance lens: pacing, scaling spend, cost control, and reallocation based on signal.
• Partnering cross-functionally with sales, events, operations and styling to time campaigns around inventory, launches, and high-opportunity windows.
• Mentoring or managing any digital/paid media and web team members or external partners, embedding a test-and-learn, data-first culture.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with deep, hands-on expertise in paid media—especially Meta and Google Ads—with a track record of scaling acquisition while maintaining efficient unit economics.
• Demonstrated success in performance marketing: building attribution models, managing budgets, improving ROAS, and lowering CPL through data-driven optimisation.
• Strong technical fluency in web development and CRO—comfortable coordinating or overseeing landing page implementation, tracking setups, and performance tweaks that directly impact campaign outcomes.
• Experience with CRM marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) and integrating paid audiences into lifecycle flows.
• Practical SEO/SEM knowledge that complements paid strategy, with ability to spot overlap/opportunity between organic and paid demand channels.
• Advanced analytical capability: building dashboards, parsing multi-touch data, running incrementality or cohort analysis, and using those insights to steer strategy.
• Excellent audience targeting and segmentation instincts; able to create, test, and refine custom and lookalike audiences for optimal performance.
• Strong project leadership—simultaneously managing acquisition pipelines, technical web priorities, creative production, and reporting cadence.
• Clear communicator able to translate performance data into commercial decisions and align technical/web partners with growth goals.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
**Nice to Have
• Experience with membership/loyalty funnels or gated luxury guest journeys.
• Familiarity with programmatic or emerging paid channels beyond social and search.
• Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS) to better scope and QA web development work.
