We have experienced rapid growth in our e commerce channels and are now seeking a savvy, results driven, strategic thinking E-commerce & Marketing Coordinator to help us take your career and our web channels to the next level.

As the E-Commerce & Marketing Co Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of our online business. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, digital marketing, commercial acumen and strong execution capabilities. You will lead the e-commerce function across multiple sites and coordinate efforts between internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers to deliver scalable growth.

What You’ll Do:

Website & Platform Management

Manage and optimise Shopify websites (3+ stores), including merchandising, UX, navigation, and on-site SEO.

Oversee all product listings, categorisation and content accuracy across platforms.

Content & Creative Direction

Coordinate product photography and video production for marketing campaigns.

Ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals for ads, websites, and social media.

Work with both internal teams and our external creators to produce content optimised for Meta, Google and email.

Digital Marketing & Performance

Lead digital marketing strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Shopping, TikTok and email marketing.

Develop and implement seasonal, promotional, and evergreen campaigns aligned with business goals.

Track and improve ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates across platforms.

Collaborate with our external agencies to manage paid search, paid social, remarketing, and display ads.

Email & CRM

Oversee Klaviyo setup, flows, segmentation, and campaign calendar.

Develop automation and customer lifecycle journeys to increase retention and LTV.

Monitor performance and continuously evaluate subject lines, content, and send times.

Product & Inventory Strategy

Coordinate with internal teams on product launches, bundling, pricing, and promotions.

Monitor bestsellers, stock availability, and forecast demand based on trends and performance data.

Maintain consistent and compelling product pages with optimised descriptions, imagery, and cross-sells.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

Manage relationships with our digital agencies, freelancers and our team of influencers.

Brief in creative and marketing assets, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand identity.

Communicate campaign performance and e-commerce metrics to senior leadership.

Strategic Planning

Develop and own the e-commerce growth roadmap across all brands.

Identify new digital channels, tools, partnerships, and innovations to stay competitive.

Analytics & Reporting

Own end-to-end e-commerce analytics and reporting.

Create dashboards to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (conversion rate, revenue, AOV, traffic sources, etc.).

Customer Experience & Support

Collaborate with our customer service team to address online customer feedback and optimise pre- and post-purchase experience.

Drive improvements in return handling, delivery timelines, and post-purchase communication.

What You’ll Bring

3–5+ years in an e-commerce or digital marketing role, ideally in a multi-brand or high-SKU environment.

Deep experience with Shopify and a strong understanding of its ecosystem.

Understanding of Shopify plugins and management

Proficient in Klaviyo for email marketing and flows.

Solid experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads/Shopping, TikTok and external agency relationships.

Data-driven with excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Experience with 3rd Party Marketing Tools

Strong project management and organisational abilities — able to manage multiple priorities at once.

Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about online retail and digital growth.

Comfortable working in-person, Monday to Friday, from our Brendale office.
