Are you a strong communicator who enjoys solving problems and supporting others? We’re recruiting a User Management & Onboarding Coordinator to join a high-integrity, fast-moving team within a growing financial services organisation. This is a 12-month maternity leave cover with the potential to extend or go permanent, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to contribute to an organisation with real purpose.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for members supporting their access to a portal and associated systems. You'll play a key role in:
Onboarding new users
Responding to technical issues and access queries
Maintaining accurate user data and documentation
Assisting with user acceptance testing
Helping users get the most from the platform
You’ll have plenty of support and training, with a dedicated mentor and daily check-ins during onboarding. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to projects and broader team initiatives as the organisation continues to grow.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Service-oriented, proactive and tech-savvy
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
A clear communicator who builds strong relationships
Detail-focused, organised and calm under pressure
Comfortable navigating bespoke systems (experience with SharePoint is a bonus)
Familiar with the corporate landscape or financial services industry (ideal but not essential)
This role would suit someone with experience in onboarding, systems access, support coordination, or someone from a customer service or tech support background looking to grow in a purpose-driven environment.
