Your new role

Based at the Regency Park facility, you'll manage a team of 6 drivers and oversee daily transport operations. You'll be responsible for scheduling, performance management, compliance, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of general palletised freight. Experience with steel freight is highly regarded. The company uses its own in-house system and will provide training.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in transport operations or fleet coordination
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think on your feet and take initiative
• Knowledge of NHVR regulations, fatigue, and load restraint (preferred)
• Steel freight experience (advantageous)
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow
