We are seeking a motivated and organised Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintain client relationships, and help drive quality across multiple sites.

About the Role:

As a Cleaning Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising cleaning staff across multiple active sites

• Conducting regular weekly inspections to ensure service quality

• Preparing quotes for new sites and supporting onboarding

• Being the first point of contact for both clients and cleaners

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and addressing any site issues proactively

• Reporting to senior management on site performance and improvements

• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings or evenings as required (some weekends might be required)

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in a similar Cleaning Supervisor role (minimum 2 years)

• Strong leadership, organisation, and time-management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Confidence in quoting and understanding cleaning requirements

• Full, valid driver's licence

• A proactive attitude and commitment to service excellence

• Australian citizenship, permanent residency or valid work rights

• Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning techniques, products and WHS procedures
