We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our close-knit team!

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with our experienced team, assisting with the day-to-day management of our growing rental portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing a portfolio of residential properties

Liaise with landlords and tenants to provide exceptional service

Coordinate property inspections, maintenance requests, and lease renewals

Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports

Support the leasing process, including advertising properties and arranging viewings

Handle general administrative tasks related to property management

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for real estate and a keen interest in property management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A proactive and customer-focused approach

A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
