Fencescape QLD is a well-established construction business specialising in the design and installation of fencing, gates, and retaining walls. Based on the Sunshine Coast, we service residential, commercial, and government clients across South East Queensland.

We’re currently experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a hands-on, highly organised Purchasing Officer / Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations, supplier coordination, and grow our retail sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing inventory and maintaining optimal stock levels

Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for best pricing

Coordinating purchase orders and scheduling deliveries

Overseeing public sales of fencing materials from the yard

Ensuring the warehouse and yard are organised, tidy and safe

Supervising the Delivery Driver and monitoring the Tool Register

Implementing WHS and waste management policies

Working independently and solving problems creatively

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in construction or warehousing (fencing experience highly regarded)

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and contribute to team planning

High computer literacy – proficiency in Word and Excel essential

Experience using estimating or retail POS software (highly desirable)

A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving

A current driver’s licence and forklift licence (essential)
