Deliver prompt, professional support via phone, email, and live chat

Resolve issues with empathy, efficiency, and a solutions-first mindset

Guide customers through product and service inquiries

Manage orders, exchanges, and returns seamlessly

Maintain accurate customer records across systems

Collaborate with internal teams to elevate customer experience

Continue growing your knowledge of our products and services

🎯 What You’ll Bring

A strong customer service background (1–2 years preferred)

Top-notch communication skills—written and verbal

Natural problem-solving instincts and attention to detail

Ability to stay organised and multitask

Confidence to work independently and thrive in a team

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer service platforms
