About the role:

We're on the lookout for a proactive, service-oriented team player to join our team as a

Customer Service Representative. Full Time Hybrid – 8am-4pm

As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, order support, and internal sales coordination, you'll play a key role in delivering the premium PranaOn experience to our customers, companies, and partners.

What you’ll be doing:

· Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email (existing and new customers)

· Managing inbound sales and outbound follow-ups (warm leads & some cold outreach)

· Order entry & processing, tracking, returns and status updates

· Managing the sales inbox and coordinating with the warehouse and ops team

· Helping maintain CRM notes, quotes and sales-related admin tasks

· Other Ad hoc duties as directed

What we’re looking for:

· Minimum 2 year previous experience in customer service roles

· Quick and accurate data entry skills

· Interpersonal Skills, including strong communication and active listening Proactive mindset - you don’t wait to be asked, you take initiative

· Customer Service, including the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide support.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

· Ability to work autonomously, in a small team environment.

Bonus points if you have:

· Used systems like Unleashed, Gorgias, Phocas, or other CRM/IMS tools

· Experience working within the Health & Wellness industry or in B2B account support role
