We're now hiring Recruitment Consultants to specialise in tech contract recruitment - a fast-paced, high-reward space where you'll connect top tech talent with urgent, business-critical projects across Australia and New Zealand.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own your niche: Become a go-to expert in your tech vertical, placing top-tier contractors into high-impact roles.
• Drive delivery: Source, qualify, and place candidates at speed - contract roles move fast.
• Build your client base: Develop new business and nurture existing relationships to uncover contract opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: From job brief to post placement care you'll handle every step of the recruitment process.
• Stay ahead: Keep up to date with market trends and client needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in resourcing or 360 recruitment - contract or tech experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• A resilient, high-energy mindset - thrives in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
• Entrepreneurialism - treat your desk like your own business.
• Confidence and clarity in communication with clients and candidates.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude - you get things done.
