Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student recruitment, thrive in face-to-face engagement, and excel at building strong partnerships with education agents.

Key Responsibilities

Promote WMIT’s programs to B2B partners and education agents.

Identify and target potential student markets.

Manage social media and online enrolment leads for conversion.

Follow up with partners/agents to secure enrolments.

Leverage a strong existing network of onshore agents to drive student recruitment.

Conduct regular on-site visits and attend meetings across Melbourne.

Ensure compliance with CRICOS marketing requirements, visa processes, and the VET framework.

Work independently, meet KPIs, and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in education marketing, agent management, or student recruitment (VET/CRICOS).

Proven track record of successful student enrolments through onshore agents.

Based in Melbourne with flexibility for on-site work and frequent travel.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
