This is a highly rewarding role that'll allow the successful applicant to continue their recruiting career, entering into a skills-short Built Environment market. As part of the Resourcer role, some of the things you can expect from this varied position include:

• Run a candidate search campaign via popular job boards and social media
• Create call scripts to successfully promote work opportunities to suitable candidates
• Conduct face to face and video call interviews with promising applicants, and candidates you've phoned proactively
• Prepare a candidate shortlist for presentation to your Recruitment Consultant
• Reference and background check candidates you're "hot" on
• Prepare formatted resumes to be presented to clients
• Have some fun, get consumed and driven by the feeling of helping to place candidates into highly rewarding roles!

Successful applicants will have recruitment experience (preferably agency), and enjoy dealing with candidates. This is a 100% candidate facing role, suited to recruiters who lean less towards business development calls, and more towards engaging with candidates.
