They are now seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join their team. You will be a key player in their Customer Experience philosophy with a specific focus on nurturing their existing customer base. The close-knit and collaborative team will support you to learn and understand the industry, and grow your career in this role.

The Perks

• Full-time Permanent position
• Monday-Friday role - core business hours
• $70,000 + Super + Bonus ($76k OTE)

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years in a phone-based Customer Service role - previously experience in outbound customer service is a huge plus!
• Passionate about customer service and relationship building
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders all across the business.
