The Position:
This is a Complaints Handling & Customer Care role responsible for managing the resolution of customer needs and complaints for Heat Pump, Air Con and Solar. You will be responsible for ensuring that all complaints are handled in accordance with requirements and internal quality standards, working closely with key departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer care calls and supporting clients
- Resolving complaints and getting customer issues sorted
- Ensuring all issues are logged, investigated, and resolved
- Collaborating with internal teams for operational needs
- Managing escalated or complex complaints with management
- Tracking trends in complaints to inform process improvements
- Maintaining CRM input and documentation for customers
- Reviewing outcomes to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance

The Experience Necessary:
You must have proven experience in a complaints handling, dispute resolution, or customer relations role, ideally within a related industry such as energy, utilities, VEU, solar, or other closely related areas.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in customer service and or customer care
- Complaints handling or dispute resolution experience
- Ability to manage outcomes effectively
- Demonstrated ability to maintain fairness and professionalism
- Experience communicating with customers at various levels
- High attention to detail, documentation, and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and complex customer issues
- Proven skills in identifying trends and improvements
- Experience using CRM or case management tools
