We are seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our dynamic team at Crown style PTY LTD' in Greenway. you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our valued clients, Full time and part time position available.

What you'll be doing

Delivering high-quality haircuts, colouring, and styling services to clients

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring clients have a positive experience

Advising clients on the latest hair trends and recommending suitable products and treatments

Training and mentoring junior stylists to develop their skills and techniques

Maintaining a clean and organized work station, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

Experience as a professional hairdresser

Formal hairdressing qualification and certification

Extensive knowledge of the latest hair styling techniques and trends

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalized experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and mentor junior stylists

Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
