The Opportunity

As the Senior Change & Training Specialist, you’ll lead initiatives that directly influence how stakeholders engage with key programs and processes. You’ll have the opportunity to shape change and training strategies, drive stakeholder engagement, and deliver meaningful outcomes that will have a lasting impact on communities nationwide.

Working alongside a collaborative and high-performing team, this role will allow you to grow your leadership skills, expand your expertise in large-scale transformation, and gain valuable exposure to senior stakeholders and complex project delivery.

The Role

Lead change, communications, and training activities across a major transformation program:

• Deliver change, communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Design and develop change and training tools and materials, including needs analysis
• Lead planning and execution of stakeholder consultation and training events
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to APS staff within the workstream

The Ideal Person

You are an experienced change and training specialist who thrives in large-scale transformation environments. With strong collaboration skills, you can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and clearly communicate complex information. Your ability to manage competing priorities, think strategically, and lead teams ensures the successful delivery of program outcomes.

You bring a background in change management, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement, ideally gained in complex programs or environments involving new systems and processes. Experience working with software vendors on implementation projects would be highly regarded.

Salary / Rate

• $75/hr – $83/hr + Super
• 16-month labour-hire contract
