Eden Hair Energy are seeking a confident, experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon in the heart of Dickson ACT.

Both full or part time hours available. Wages + attractive profit share bonuses OR freelance commission only structure available.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and passionate stylist to further develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment and be part of a wonderful team.

All hours and wages negotiable - Saturdays optional.

What you'll be doing

Delivering high-quality haircuts, colouring, and styling services to clients

Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on hair care and styling

Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques

Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior stylists

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Hair Stylist in a professional salon environment

Proven expertise in a wide range of hairstyling techniques, including cutting, colouring, and styling

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide an exceptional client experience

A passion for the hair industry and a commitment to continuous learning

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Eden Hair Energy is a well-established hair salon in the heart of Dickson, ACT. Our mission is to provide our clients with exceptional hair care services and a luxurious salon experience. With a talented team of stylists and a commitment to providing amazing service and results, we strive to help our clients look and feel their best.

Eden first opened in 2014. In 2020 we moved to our new, larger location in the new DKSN building and in 2021. In 2021, Canberra Hair Extensions was born out of our original location but now operates out of the same location as Eden on Challis Street.

We are conveniently located on the corner of the Dickson bus and tram interchange with plenty of parking available making the salon easily accessible.

In 2023 we opened our Queanbeyan salon Hare and Fawn and have plans for further expansion over the next few years, meaning opportunities for you to grow within our businesses.

Our goal is to offer career opportunities to our team ranging from apprentice, to senior hair stylist, from salon coordinator to team leader, from educator to business partner.
