Are you an experienced Senior Test Analyst looking to contribute to a high-impact digital transformation within the Commonwealth Government?

Resolve Recruit is partnering with a Commonwealth agency to engage a Senior Test Analyst for a long-term program focused on the development and enhancement of critical business systems.

You'll be part of a collaborative delivery team working with the Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 and M365 technology stack.

This role is ideal for a testing professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working closely with developers, analysts, architects and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing requirements, specifications and design documents to provide meaningful QA insights
• Designing and executing test plans and test cases across web and desktop platforms
• Identifying, documenting and tracking defects using Azure DevOps
• Collaborating with developers to replicate and resolve issues
• Conducting regression testing and validating defect resolutions
• Participating in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros)
• Contributing to usability and accessibility improvements
• Supporting quality assurance across releases and environments.

Key Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in software testing or QA
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools and lifecycle processes
• Demonstrated experience writing test plans and test cases
• Proficiency with defect tracking tools, ideally Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of a scripting or programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
• Experience with test automation tools
• Exposure to enterprise or government projects
