About the Role
Lead a full kitchen team across a la carte and events
Design and execute a Mediterranean-inspired, share-style menu that evolves with the seasons
Work closely with owners and senior FOH to maintain consistency and quality across all services
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations: rostering, stock control, supplier management, food cost, compliance, training, and mentoring
Manage kitchen output for large functions and events, alongside regular restaurant trade
Encourage a positive kitchen culture - calm, professional, and team-first
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Head Chef in high-quality, fast-paced restaurants
Strong understanding of Mediterranean cuisine and a love of share-style service
Solid background balancing both a la carte service and large-scale events
Passion for seasonal produce, plating, and creative menu development
A natural leader who leads by example and lifts the standard
Able to manage kitchen financials and labour costs confidently
Full Australian working rights
