About the Opportunities:

• Lead the kitchen team in one of Sydney's top-tier, fast-paced and service-focused venues.
• Create and evolve menus using premium seasonal produce, aligned with each venue's identity.
• Mentor and develop kitchen brigades, cultivating a professional and supportive kitchen culture.
• Manage all kitchen operations including rostering, ordering, food costs, compliance, and hygiene.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.
  
  About You:
• Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-end or hatted environments.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to build and manage cohesive teams.
• Proven expertise in managing kitchen budgets, food costs, and inventory.
• Creative and passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality food.
• Adaptable and confident across a variety of cuisines and service styles.
