$100,000 - $125,000 per year + Company Car + Profit share bonus

Based: Laverton North

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm plus an on-call roster

We are the largest specialist recruiter for the transport and logistics sector in Australia serving 12 regions across 6 states and we supply around 200 clients every week.

We are part of the Specialist People Services Group, a UK group with a turnover of approx $240m and over 110 locations supplying 6000+ candidates per week to over 4000 clients every year.

The Role

This is a 'hands-on" sales focused blue-collar temporary recruitment role. You will be responsible for managing our flagship office serving one of the largest and most lucrative markets in all of australia. The prospects for growth are endless in the West of Melbourne.

You will manage all aspects of the business from sales & recruiment through to payroll, HR, debt management and P&L growth.

The team you will manage consists of 2 senior consultants with many years of experience in blue-collar recruitment sales plus 1 experienced resourcer finding and onboarding outstanding talent.
